Drop off and pick up times
We kindly ask the parents to hand in the children by 09:00am at the latest and by 06:30pm in the evening, so that there is enough time to exchange information and hand over the child.
Subsidized places
Since 2016, we have also been offering subsidized childcare places – for greater compatibility, fairness, and access to daycare for all families.

We deliberately care for the children in mixed-age groups because we see many benefits for their development. Older children learn to be considerate of younger children and enjoy taking on small, responsible roles within the group. The younger children, in turn, learn a lot from the older ones and follow their example. This creates a family atmosphere in which the children learn from and support one another. Because not all children are the same age, each child can develop at their own pace and hone their social skills. We experience every day that this diversity gives all children a sense of security and strengthens their self-confidence.
A stable and trusted childcare team is very important to us. In addition to our experienced and trained specialists, we also consciously employ apprentices and interns to actively promote the next generation of childcare professionals. Every internship with us offers the exclusive opportunity to subsequently complete the three-year training to become a childcare specialist (FaBe K). This means that we support many employees over a total of four years – from the internship to professional qualification.
Should any staffing changes occur, we will inform parents in advance and ensure a smooth transition within the team. New caregivers are carefully introduced to the children so they can build trust in peace. The well-being of the children is always our top priority.
Of course, it may happen that your child is unable to attend daycare due to vacation or illness. In such cases, we are unfortunately unable to compensate for these absences with additional daycare days or provide financial compensation. Your child's daycare spot will remain available during their absence, and our staff will still be available. Therefore, the contractually agreed monthly fees remain unchanged even in the event of absences. We ask for your understanding, as this policy ensures that we can always deploy sufficient qualified staff and maintain the high quality of care.
Parents want to know that their child is doing well with us. We offer daily drop-off and pick-up rituals where you receive feedback on your child's emotional state—be it regarding mood, activities, or special moments. We also place great importance on regular parent-teacher meetings and open and transparent communication, so that both everyday experiences and developmental progress can be discussed promptly.
Our clearly structured schedules offer stability for all children and staff, creating a reliable routine that's essential for a calm and safe environment. Minimal attendance helps children engage emotionally and develop bonds easily. Individual schedule changes can be arranged flexibly, depending on availability.
In addition to experienced professionals, we also consciously employ apprentices and interns. This actively promotes young professionals in childcare. However, our interns never assume sole responsibility for the children, but always work under the guidance of the team.
From their very first day, they are closely supervised by a specially trained training specialist. In regular training sessions, they work through a structured training folder that specifically imparts specialist knowledge and practical skills – from safety and hygiene to communication, observation, and age-appropriate activities. The goal of this pre-training is to provide in-depth knowledge of the profession and develop targeted skills. Interns are given the exclusive opportunity to subsequently complete the three-year training to become a childcare specialist (FaBe K), which often leads to a period of up to four years of employment.
We place great value on exercise and experiencing nature. Therefore, we take the children outside every day – regardless of the season. Whether to the playground, for a walk, or exploring nature: fresh air and exercise are part of our daily routine.
Our daycare center stands for a family atmosphere, high-quality care, and loving, attentive interaction with the children. We support children in mixed-age groups and place a strong emphasis on nature experiences, healthy nutrition, and sustainability in everyday life. We are particularly proud of our own training program, which offers in-depth support to aspiring professionals – thus supporting not only children but also young professionals.
We tailor the settling-in period to your child's individual needs and care. It follows a proven model that promotes a stable bond and a smooth transition. Together with the parents, we determine the appropriate pace for the initial transition. Parents accompany their child to daycare for the first few days, after which the hours of care are gradually increased. Our goal is for your child to feel safe and comfortable before they remain with us unaccompanied.
A healthy, balanced diet is important to us. Our daycare center has its own kitchen where fresh, seasonal food is prepared daily. The children receive a hearty breakfast, a balanced lunch, and a healthy afternoon snack. Sugary drinks and sweets are not permitted in our facility. We also pay attention to allergies or intolerances and discuss these individually with parents.
The admission process begins with contact via our website, by phone, or in person. After a non-binding viewing appointment and an introductory interview, an application can be submitted. Admission is confirmed in writing and becomes binding upon signing the childcare contract and paying the deposit. Before starting, an acclimatization period takes place to make the transition as pleasant as possible for your child.
